Combines three main operations in the same machine: the boittom of the bag is sealed, which determines the bag length; the bag is filled and the top of the bag is sealed. The bag is ejected and then ready for palletizing or further handling.
 
It's controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and is electrically and pneumatically operated. It is intergrated with a net weighing system to provide appropriate amount of material in each bag and to optimize the production rate. A powered lifting device, which allows easy film roll installation.

We have fitted a new clutch & brake, replaced all the pneumatics on the indexing table, installed a new batch counter, partially re-wired & painted the entire machine. The heated blade for the skirt weld heads is brand new. All of the emergency stop buttons & safety guard micro switches have been up-dated & replaced. The rear capstan drive has adjustable speed control & the tower is detachable. The control panel is free standing with plug in cables, & the main body of the machine can be split in to four sections for easy transportation purpose.
